- 2 Tbsp walnuts
- 2 squares Lindt 85% cocoa dark chocolate
- 1 Tbsp all natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp pitted and chopped dates
- 1 tbsp or serving of good quality protein powder
- 1 cup skim milk
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
*the optional here is recommended if your workout has exceeded 90 minutes - About 1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Store in a thermos to keep cold while traveling.
